Handy began his DJ career in the early ‘90s and gained traction on pirate radio stations like Origin and Rude by the early 2000s. In 2006, he founded Launch with partners Kred and Mafs and became a resident at Sun & Bass for ten years whilst also playing for renowned labels such as Dispatch Recordings and Function Records.
A lover of many musical genres, Handy’s true passion lies in Jungle and Drum and Bass, showcased every Friday night on Bassdrive radio where he delivers deep, dark rollers, tribal amens, and infectious stepping basslines.
Not just passionate about music but also in how it’s delivered. Handy also owns and runs the Launch Sound System 40 kilowatts of state of the art subs and tops.
